What a methodology page establishes

A methodology page documents a process and its assumptions. It does not prove that every existing page has been individually fact checked, reconciled, or reviewed by a clinician. Page-level sources, visible dates, and named review information remain necessary where the subject requires them.

Nutrition and energy calculations are estimates. Brand, recipe, preparation, portion, body composition, activity, and measurement conditions can all change the real value.
