Welcome to Kalo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kalo mobile application ("the App"), operated by Elevera Software LLC ("Elevera," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Kalo provides AI-driven calorie and nutritional tracking services. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Use the App responsibly and only for personal health management.

2. Subscriptions

Kalo offers subscriptions with a 14-day free trial, as well as monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. You must provide accurate information regarding your dietary and health data for accurate tracking and analysis.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with the App are the exclusive property of Elevera Software LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The App provides estimations and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider for personalized health recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elevera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
